At Arkelshoef, we are more than a farm. We are part of a family of over 200 dedicated Dutch dairy farmers united under the De Graafstroom cooperative — a group committed to quality, sustainability, and tradition. Since joining the cooperative, Arkelshoef has been a proud and consistent supplier of high-quality milk, produced right here on our 50-hectare farm by over 150 cows grazing freely in our orchards and meadows. De Graafstroom transforms this milk — along with that of our fellow farmers — into some of the finest cheeses in the Netherlands, crafted with care and traceability from cow to creamery. We’re proud to stand alongside other traditional farms, contributing to a shared legacy that is both regional and deeply personal.
